1. Acceptance
By accessing or using InboxUnion, you agree to these Terms of Service and the Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the application.
2. Intended use
InboxUnion is intended to aggregate and search email from Google accounts that you own or are expressly authorized to access. You may not connect another person's account without their permission, use the application unlawfully, or attempt to bypass Google's or InboxUnion's security controls.
3. Read-only behavior
InboxUnion requests read-only Gmail access. It is designed to read and index authorized email, not to send, edit, archive, label, or delete messages in Gmail. Original messages remain in their source accounts.
4. Self-hosting responsibilities
If you operate InboxUnion yourself, you are responsible for securing the host, database, OAuth credentials, encryption secrets, service-account keys, API keys, backups, domain, and network access. You are also responsible for complying with laws and account policies applicable to your use.
5. Google services
InboxUnion depends on Google APIs and OAuth. Your use of Google services remains subject to Google's own terms and policies. Google may change, limit, or withdraw API access, which can affect InboxUnion features.
6. Availability and changes
The application is provided on an "as available" basis. Features may change, experience interruptions, or stop working because of configuration, infrastructure, upstream API, or software changes. No uninterrupted or error-free operation is guaranteed.
7. Disclaimer and liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, InboxUnion is provided without warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. The operator is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or lost-data damages arising from use of the application.
8. Suspension or termination
Access may be suspended or terminated when required to protect the application, comply with law, respond to misuse, or discontinue the service. You may stop using InboxUnion at any time and remove connected-account data using the Data Deletion Instructions.
9. Changes and contact
